I would think that she's done growing at a yr, but I've heard that some do continue to grow a bit after that. I really can't say personally because my yorkies are nearly 7 months, so I'm not sure what she's going to do and we got Daisy when she was 2 yrs old.
BTW, your little one is adorable! She looks like she's ordering a cheeseburger
