I think they are usually done growing at around a year, but it really just depends on the dog. I know some YT yorkies have stopped growing at 6 months, and some take longer. In my situation, Layla was 5.5 lbs at 10 months and had a big growth spurt and is currently 9.4 lbs (although still a tiny bit overweight!)
I'm not sure what size your girl will turn out, but I do know she's absolutely adorable!!!
