Why don't you try buying regular human underpads with no scent to attract him? You can scent them yourself by blotting up a small amount of urine from the used pad. I bet he tears them apart because of the scent.
Walmart, Sams or any drug store has them in the adult diaper section. It is much cheaper to buy the unscented ones anyway. |
