 A gift suggestion
My youngest daughter is now 20 but at 16 or 17 I found what she considers the best gift she ever recieved. I know this is not exactly what you were asking for but... she loves jewelry and we bought her a jewelry/mirror from QVC . It is a stand up mirror that opens up to a huge jewelry amoire. You can check it out on there web by putting in safekeeper jewelry box. I am buyin her older sister one for Christmas this year. I thought if she was into jewelry you could make it sort of the theme and her friends could each bring a piece of costume jerelry to fill it up. My daughter would not trade her for anything.
