You have your work cut out for you now since she's already 3 years old and has never been socialized. I would not recommend getting another puppy until she is well socialized. Take her to all the doggie boutique's and stores and keep her in the cart & just wheel her around. Take her to dog parks and walk her around. Sign her up for obedience classes, get a trainer to come to the house. Do all these things, and try not to let a day go by that she isn't around people, kids and other dogs. Start a play-date at your house for tiny dogs. Good luck!
