I went to a psychic once who was a joke. It was ridiculous - waste of $5 (LOL I knew it would be stupid - I was on the boardwalk).
I believe in the ones who are the real thing though, cause I know that there are some. I don't think I'm psychic, per se, but there is some weird stuff going on with me. I'll often "know" what people are going to say before they say it...or be thinking about something and then it will be mentioned on TV or in a conversation with something.
and I do sometimes just...know things. Like an example...a few months ago someone on here came across a cat that they saw in the road that was injured, they went to get help (or something?) and the cat dissapeared. This person was VERY upset thinking that something happened to the cat..and I don't believe she ever found it...but I just knew in my heart that the cat was OK. I have no clue what happened to it - but I just know that it was fine.
and as far as ghosts go...psh. My house is crawling with them.
I HATE it. At first, I didn't have a problem with it - I felt that it was totally a good ghost. and then over time I've started just feeling REALLY weird. The living room and my parent's room and the office never bother me. But one of the bathrooms, the hallway, my room, the sink area in the kitchen, and a storage room by the garage drive me insane. Usually only at night. I'm always seeing things out of the corner of my eye. I don't know anything about the history of the house, but when we first moved in we had a garage sale and a lady came by who used to babysit for the kids who lived here 30 years ago. My mom said something about me thinking it was haunted and they lady went "Oh, it is."
This all mostly started when I moved into this house. haha. I hate it! But I've always had the...knowing things...deal.
But I don't think I'm psychic! I think I'm just open to things like that.
Now I'm gonna go back and read the thread.
