[I adore my Dior]

My Yorkie is 11 weeks old and she was already started on housetraining when I got her from the breeder 2 weeks ago. She does great somedays no accidents!! But then she will pee on the floor. I am training her for both outside and pads. Not sure what I am doing wrong I take her outside often and the only times she goes on the pads is in the middle of the night. I need some advice on what would work best for her.
