This is freakin' hilarious!! What is the thought process that makes this a good idea?

Hey-I don't have any clean laundry-and it is mighty hot outside-hmmmmm-I think I will cut these undies and wear them like a tank.........WTF!!!!!

The fashion gods oughta have a heyday with this one-that's for sure
