I think there should be a way to get hospital bracelets for personal use. If the people in Louisana had hospital bracelets with their names and addresses on hand for safety's sake, when those that refused to leave put bracelets on their family members and one on their dogs collars they wouldn't have so much trouble finding family members. If they find a body that was wearing a bracelet they'd already have the identification. Sylvia
