This previous thread discussed some of this.

http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...t=growth+chart

I guess the growth chart isn't so accurate.
1 lb. 6 oz. or 22 oz. should grow to be about 3 1/2 lbs.
I had heard that you can take the weight at 8 weeks and triple it
or at 12 weeks and double it.
Say 1 1/2 lbs. at 12 would be 3 lbs.
I guess that isn't accurate either.

Are you feeding your furbaby growth hormone?
Just kidding!

5 lbs. 6 oz. is still a nice size.
Let's face it, 10 lbs. is still small compared to most dogs.

I'm wondering about my Sunshine.
She was 22 oz. at 11 weeks and now at 5 mos. or 22 weeks she is 3 lb. 4 oz.

What difference does it make really?
Can you honestly say you'd love them any differently if they were some other weight or size?

By the way, Lexi is beautiful!
