Thank you. Suzi is not matted everywhere.... Just in the places I mentioned. Mybe the groomer will have to shave her face or something. She is prone to gry skin, so I can't bathe her all the time... However, she gets a daily brushing and conditioning, and that is why I have noticed a few matts.
