Yes I agree. YOU have to be the pack leader. If you don't know how to do this I suggest that you watch Cesar Milan The Dog Whisperer on the National Geographic channel. or buy his DVD. If you re not a strong leader, it will not work.

As for the teenagers and the commotion, I would just make sure that the new little girl had a crate that she could go to where no one is allowed to bother her. she will adjust to all of that in her own time.
