My mom takes the women's one a day and when I tried them I had an allergic reaction to them. So now, I take Centrum chewables. I chose them because I hate swallowing pills and they were the only adult vitamins that are chewable. At first, people would tell me that Centrum was for seniors but, my bestfriend who is the same age as me (I am 22 btw) went to the doctor and they perscribed Centrum vitamins for her.
I really like them! I have noticed that it makes me eat more (which is good because I don't eat as much as i should). Maybe you should try them. They maybe a little more expensive and they don't come in the really big bottles but, they are really good. And orange flavored
