 (Long) Need advise from anyone w/more than 1 Yorkie
Help.................... I've had Baxter for a little over a year now since a pup and have a very good possibility of taking in another Yorkie. I've had two dogs at once - don't get me wrong, but they were bigger (Akita's) and we got them at the same time. The dog that I may get (I don't even know her name) is coming from an older woman that's had her for the last five years. Just the two of them. She's now being forced out of her home and cannot take the dog with her. Unfortunately, she doesn't even know this yet. She has relatives close by and I'm hoping it would be a relief for her to know she can still see her baby whenever she wants. My issues / questions are:
1) Baxter really isn't very social - It's been him and my Akita for the last year and believe me - he really is spoiled. Will he accept her -
2) The little lady that may be coming here has been just w/her owner. My house is a bit crazy - 4 teenagers and always noise. Will she be able to deal with us.
I think I know the answer - Only time will tell. But if you can share any advise or let me know if you've had a similar situation. Sorry for babbling |
