Let's not play with words; if someone
accepts donations, they are requesting donations. It doesn't matter if you request it yourself or "others" do so. Furthermore, many members have been shown to have multiple identities so this rule about not allowing "others" to do it is certainly a valid one. Like I said before, donations of this kind should only go to a licensed veterinarian or hospital where people can be sure the dog is receiving the proper treatment, and it's not just a money making scam. This rule should be the same for all members.
