I would call the company up and talk to the highest ranking person you can. Demand they set it right and ship to your buddy. I had a situation a few mths back where a company kept saying my order was coming and it didn't I raised a big fuss (in a simi calm manner
) and they gave me exactly what I wanted -- you just tell them that you will tell everyone about their business practices, and that you belong to an online forum with 36,000 -growing members and you will make sure everyone knows about their practices.
