I noticed Sydney is like that. When she pees on the deck and the pee has no where to go she seems to be almost dragging herself through it.
I like it when she goes in the lawn and the lawn absorbs it.
I use piddlepads in the house and they seem to absorb it before she has a chance to get it all over her. I don't know what kind of pee-pads you use maybe a more absorbant one would work better. Just a thought..
