Macy's can have a way of surprising you, in a good way.
I once got a "miracle dress" there. My Mom and I (when I'm home with my family) commonly go to the mall and then look around Macy's. My weakness (one of many) is pretty dresses, so we'll look at the dress dept. One time I found one that I just
loved, but there was no tag on it so we didn't know the size OR the price. My Mom said just try it on, so I did, not only did it fit but it looked fabulous! We went to the register to find out how much it was and it was on crazy sale! Normally it should have been something like $300 dollars but we got it for something crazy like $50!!! Lesson to be learned: always check, it can't hurt and you may just be surprised!
(Coincidentally, my family used to cruise a lot and so I needed two formal dresses/gowns. This wound up being one of them and I got the other on a great,
it was really only that much?!?! sale at Macy's too, just by trying.)
