The 18th is when Teresita appears in front of a judge on the 46 counts of animal abuse. It stinks that it is only a misdemenor (not felony) but it's a start. Even though she appears to be rather wealthy (in terms of owning 8 or 9 properties) - I hope the legal expenses cause her to give up on the dogs. They just have adjusted so nicely to normal lives, it is heartbreaking to think about them returning to an undesireable lifesytle just to appease a well hidden and never enacted clause in a document.
