For those who don't know (or remember) Scooter had surgery 3 months ago to repair a defect in his heart. His follow up cardiac echo showed complete resolution and he was pronounced safe for anesthesia.
Well, today is the day, finally. He goes in this morning for his neuter, two baby canine teeth removal, microchipping and nail trim. They are also going to get a urine sample to follow up on his elevated BUN and ALP from the past bloodwork. He might have a few of the molars that need to come out also, but I found him chewing on one yesterday, so that's one less tooth for the vet. :tongue4
Thank you to those who have been asking about Scooter and to those who have answered my many questions and concerns regarding his bloodwork, etc.
I'm saying my prayers and keeping my fingers crossed
but I am still nervous (just like everyone else who has had to leave their furbaby for a procedure).
