I had a yorkie that had seizures, and some of the behavior looks similar. However her eyes would glaze over, and her stomach would get very hard, but there was no convulsing.
Definitely show these videos to your neurologist. Best wishes finding a solution.
Oh, and my yorkie grew out of the seizures. No treatment given or recommended by our vet.
