Oh my goodness, my mom's a canning queen. She makes the best salsa I've EVER had. My boyfriend is in love with it as well. She also cans pickles, tomato juice, green beans and I'm not sure what else. If you'd like though I could ask her how she does her salsa. She canned tons of it but almost all of it is already gone
