Yup, Tucker does this! One of our chairs doesn't push all the way in for some reason and so we have to keep it away from the table a few feet (think in the middle of the kitchen) so he doesn't get up there. He just needs the tiniest of spaces and up he goes. We tell him "No!" and he looks all guilty when we catch him but it doesn't stop him.
