I thought Harlee was bitten a couple of years ago when we just moved to Az., I called an emergency vet (it was 11pm) and they said I could bring her in for observation overnight ($90 for a vet to look at her) ..They wouldn't do anything (there is no antivenom)...They said give her benedryl watch if she gets lathargic...My husband got stung a couple of weeks ago on his finger, it's like a bee sting , it hurts, but should be alright....
She kept barking in our master bathroom at something until my husband got up, moved a basket of towels and there it was...It was so fast, we were scared to death, luckily nothing happened...
But I would call a vet and see what they say ....
