Nasal passages connect at the back...while she may not physically have but one...it's connected with the opposite side at the back. The sole reason for tube feeding is so puppy does not aspirate the milk into it's lungs. That is why cleft puppies can not feed...

She's already said...she will not take her back to her vet's.
