Sky Fox: We did not receive ANY payments from anyone on Saturday, August 9th as we just checked our Paypal account. Did you Paypal the correct email address? We also have not received any PM's from you the past few days regarding this.
We had one payment on Sunday, August 10th, but there was no username attached to the payment, and the email address it was sent from does not correspond with any YorkieTalk member. We have emailed that person and have yet to get a reply. If this was you, please let us know the email or name of the person who sent the payment so we can properly credit you.
We would be happy to try and get this resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for any confusion. We try our best to process donations within 48 hours of payment, usually it happens within a day. |
