Actually, Dena does have an antibiotic that she is putting on the wound. I have been reading this thread intensely and know that she is dripping the antibiotic into the wound. If you care to go back and search this thread you will find it.

There is nothing more that the vets can do for her at this point. She is tending the wound and taking excellent care of the pup. 24/7 She has been very good about allowing all of us to participate in the events as they happen. I am thankful for that.

As to the other stuff, I will tell you frankly that I offered to send her money right in the very beginning and she turned me down. This is something I would never have mentioned except that it is being 'referred' to as a possible untoward thing going on. It is not. If it were, she would have said yes immediately. It was some of us Yorkie Talkers that talked her into it.

I believe that it is best to build someone up when they are working so hard on an already discouraging situation. I suppose it is up to the individual to decide if they will build up or beat down. Personally, I will be deliriously happy when this pup is running around and waggin it's little tail and giving and gettin love. Like Breny's beautiful little Chi. I saw that baby and I just adored the whole movie of it. Her heart is clearly revealed in her voice while she is talking to it on that video. All I can say is BRAVO!!

I am thankful Breny had what it took to do what was needful. I think Dena does too. I also think this is why they ended up with these pups. **SOMEONE** knew their hearts and their stamina and their willingness to put something (pup) before their own desires and comforts.

A big Heartfelt THANK YOU to both Breny and Dena!
