Audrey-Belle went to the groomer for the first time since I've owned her today. I don't think she had been groomed before. She did pretty well till they clipped her nails, she did NOT like that at all. Then she wouldn't let them trim her feet with the clippers and by then didn't even want then to trim her feet with the scissors. I have never owned a Yorkie before so when she asked me how I wanted her done I didn't really have anything in mind. So she really just got a trim this time. They took the whisps off her ears and trimmed around her eyes. She looks cute! I hope I can get hubby to take a photo of her to post here at long last. Due to her separation anxiety I didn't go to the groomer I have used for the last 12 years. I went to someone who only does one dog at a time and allowed me to stay. I ended up helping her a few times. I was so happy it turned out not to be any more expensive than the other groomer I'd used, and she didn't have the added stress of me leaving her.
