We were talking about that today while I was out and we were saying that in China a little girl is lucky to be born and stay in China period. Alot are given up for adoption to the US and other countries because of the tax levy they hit the family with and most can't afford it. It has to be heart breaking. My grand daughter and her husband spent a year in China right after they got married and found them to be dear sweet people but of course the government left alot to be desired. They visited Japan and loved it and want to go back again to visit but have no desire to go back to China.
