We just back from the vet. She said the dreaded words I haven't even wanted to pronounce and wants to run some tests to rule out liver shunt. They pulled blood today to do a full blood panel. If nothing shows up in his blood, she wants to go ahead and do the bile acid test.
I made it to the car before I burst into tears. With the move and everything that is going on, this is the LAST thing either Oscar or I needed. Please hope and pray that it was just blood sugar. He has absolutely no symptoms of liver shunt whatsoever, except for the listlessness thing today. He just ate and is more insanely hyper than ever. His labs will be back tomorow ... I'm crossing my fingers
