yes... for a yorkie, in MY opinion 8 weeks is too young- they are FAR too tiny at 8 weeks. My breeder wouldn't let Layla go home until she was either 2 lbs or 12 weeks- she came home weighing 1.9 lbs at 12 weeks. i would wait. They need the socialization of their litter mates.
