We treated Murphy for Hypoglycemia with Karo until one time it didn't work and the vet did a bunch of tests. Come to find out he was having epileptic seizures. The vet put him on phenobarbital twice a day and only once in a while would one come on. Usually when he would get to excited or play too hard. He was on this for the last 5 years of his life.
It always scared me when he would have a seizure.
