Well, I hope you are right about responsible breeders being able to get permits to breed in LA. Please see the link below to read how hard it may be to get a license for owning an unaltered dog or cat over the age of 4 months (4 months is the mandatory age for spaying and neutering).

These AR groups are scary and if we all think that everything is OK and these laws won't affect us, think again!
