When we found out that Biffy had knee problems we contacted the breeder immediately. She just needed a copy of the diagnosis report from the vet and she refunded us half the purchase price. In my mind that really doesn't cut it since the surgery was so expensive and the recovery was pretty tough, but I would definitely check into getting at least part or all of your money back. |
