Welcome to YT! Like others said, work on trying to get those baby teeth to fall out on their own but if they don't, you'll definitely want to do as your vet says and have them extracted (best time is when she gets spayed if you plan to do that). If you don't have those extra teeth extracted it could cause major dental problems down the road.
If i were you, I'd call other vets to see how much they charge. Mia only had to have 2 teeth extracted when she had her spay and instead of charging by the tooth, they charged for how long it took. For two teeth it was $25.
I remember that nasty breath mia had when she still extra puppy teeth. PPPEEEEE-U... man was it smelly!!
