It depends. How long ago did he eat? With his other recent issues, I'm not sure. Make sure he hydrates asap. Check his gums, make sure they're pink. Get him to eat if he hasn't. Hypoglycemia shouldn't *really* happen if he's eaten recently. If he has eaten recently, then it could be other things...
