How old is she, is she a puppy? Do you think she got into something? Was she alone with very young children where she may have gotten hurt?
If you think she just has an empty tummy - like others have said, give karo, honey, NutriCal, or even rub sugar on her gums. Even give her some cereal. You want to elevate her sugar, after which her appetite should return. Get water in her asap, as well. Check her gums, make sure they are pink. Please update us.
