I asked that when I groomed her. I said I hope you're prepared for a c-section and she looked at me like I was crazy. My sis said the pup is big. She more than likely bred her with a big shi tzu. I just told my sis since she plans on keeping him she needs to get them both fixed because she cannot breed mother & son.
