That site has a lot of good info, but it is written based entirely on the opinions of the site editors, not long term research. Research on food shouldn't start and end there...just as a sidenote...
To the OP--
Both are considered 'quality' foods. (I feed Wellness as part of the diet for mine and am pleased with it.)
The question is, which food is the best match for YOUR dog. What is best for one person's may not be best for the next. I would suggest trying them both for a while and determining which is best for him based on the results you see.
