I need to stop looking. This @hole also has a video of this same poor yorkie with a chip bag on its head. I want to just cry! How about we put a chip bag on his head, a bone in his mouth, slap his up side his head and then toss him into a lake! He also has a video of a cat that I swear is STONED!
