I'll march! Things like this make me so sad and so mad and I just want to smack somebody. What we need to do is make them enforce the laws that are already on the books. Laws exist to shut down every puppy mill, if the laws were enforced. The USDA always says they don't have enough people to check everywhere and enforce the laws. I have a Chihuahua that came from a puppy mill in Tennessee last December. I'd take them all, every one, if I could.
