99.1 to 98.8 is only a 0.3 degree temp change...I doubt this is her temp drop...they normally drop about 2 degrees. I would venture to guess that her temp drop will be in the 97's or very low 98's. They do fluctuate up until the temp drop...so you may see it go up to 100 back down to 98.8...but that does not usually mean labor is coming.
Puppies are born 63 days from the day they ovulate, not the day they are bred. So if she ovulated after she was bred...she will deliver more than 63 days from the first breeding.
