I rarely take my dogs out anywhere. Both of them are usually always inside. Last night one of them was coughing, it sounded like a honk alllll night long.
It came out of nowhere. He had not been coughing at all then all of a sudden last night it seemed he had a coughing fit every hour! I was up all night with him and I did not know what to do. I am going to take him to the vet today. Both my yorkies had kennel cough when they were puppies and they were put on medication for it. Could this be kennel cough again, and if so, how can they get it when they are always inside?
