I have to say that I also have been watching the live feed, keeping up with the updates, and praying for both Dena and Emma.
I have been there, done that with a cleft baby and happy to report that my little girl is alive, happy and extremely healthy. It was the most exhausting, and mentally draining thing I have ever done.
Suggesting at this point to put Emma down is not an option for Dena for Emma is thriving. Once you make a decision to save a baby, you put your soul into saving that baby. As bonded as they are, she would know if it became necessary to let Emma go, and I know Dena would do the right thing if that were the case.
Dena, you are doing a wonderful job and I feel that things happen for a reason. So many things happened just right for you to even find the ad, and to have the heart to give it a try.
I KNOW what you're going through, how you're feeling, and praying for both you and Emma.
