Yesterday my Bailey got wrapped up in a nasty piece of fly paper complete with flies. He had them in his coat and everywhere else along with the sticky stuff. I jumped in the shower with him with his shampoo but no budge on the sticky mess. I have been using Shout as a hand cleaner for oil and goo that soap won't remove. I used some on him and it removed the sticky mess immediately... rinsed him off, cream rinse and walla......... a clean little boy again, but probably not the wiser.

It was also suggested something like Olive oil might have worked also.
