Poor thing is just a baby herself!!! She just had a very large litter for one so young. Her uterus is working to return to it's normal size and the pups are warm against her. She is making milk and trying to take care of all those pups. It's like a 14 year old trying to deal with all of that. The digging is probably due to anxiety, she's just a bit immature to deal with all of this. Try to keep her calm and let her know that she's doing a good job. Remember that she's immature and needs your support.
