I don't know about Austin, but I just visited the Dogtopia here in Waco today and it looks like a great place! You can even check in on the webcam several times a day. If you look on the last page of our meetup thread, you will find a link.
We would also love to have you come to our meetup. Just check out those threads. It's this Saturday, the 16th from 1-3 or so.
