Rika's teeth started falling out at like around 4 months. She did lose her fangs but I don't really remember when. It was one at a time and it looked funny. She didn't need to have any pulled in surgery but she had a couple taken out manually by her vet. They were just "caps" she called them and they came out real easy and without any fuss from Rika.
