The small breed adult would be my favorite, it is designed more for thier needs and it is the smallest pieces. If that is not available I would go with the puppy formula, because it has 28% protein the same as the small breed formula.
All the formulas are good, the main difference is that the Super 5 mixes have 22% protein instead of 28%. And the do not have the microorganisms that are suppose to help with digestion.
Currently we have a 11 month old yorkie and a almost 16 week old yorkie who eat either the puppy or the small breed adult. We have a hunting dog who eats the Super 5 mixes.
