My 11 month old YT just had 5 puppies 3 days ago. She seems to be doing ok with nursing them. She is eating and drinking, however, just tonight, I've noticed her panting A LOT. This is when she is in the crate with the puppies when it's time to "go sleepies" for the night. She also seems rather wrestless by pawing at the sheets in the crate and not getting comfortable. I am wondering if the panting is normal, or does it mean she is dehydrated from nursing the pups so much. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
